More than proud that I managed to study for a PhD, I am extremely lucky. This achievement would not have been possible without the support of my parents, the opportunities I had, but also of the people who believed in me. There are so many Roma women who don't have my chances, and I would like to honour them, those invisible women who grapple with racism and sexism and never receive recognition. For you dear sisters, Happy International Women's day!
